Terrible company.
As we are based in Europe, Aweber is absolutely not worth the time and effort. They wasted days of my time by failing to mention anywhere that my subscriber list will need to be "verified".
This would mean that our customer database would be sent an annoying email getting them to confirm their subscription.

Maybe this is a good thing - but at least mention it somewhere on your sales promo BEFORE involving someone hours of set-up and config time!

I will not provide a positive review of Aweber and will always tell my friends how they wasted my time.

To me they are liars.

Aweber is awesome. Great support, excellent pricing and ease of use. Plenty of video and text support. What else could you ask for. Been doing this a while and have used other auto-responders in the past. None stack up to Aweber.

Hey Guys,

What can I say, Aweber rocks!!! First of all there’s the free trial that gives you plenty of opportunity to learn what Aweber’s all about. Then there’s the cost (really it’s an investment) less than $20/month. But the biggest benefit is the service, which is A++. Never experienced any downtime, my emails get delivered (unless I screw up), plenty of video & pdf tutorials as well as their RSS feed and blog.

I manage multiple sites. I’m only able to do it because Aweber makes it easy.

I’ve tried the others, Aweber is far superior!

I've only been using Aweber for about 5 months, but I find them very reliable and easy to use. They have a lot of features. I like the affiliate program, too.
